My hearing had deteriorated since getting hearing aids a few years ago. Josh Villaseñor was deliberate in providing information and options to consider. Since I was fitted with hearing aids, he has been patient and helpful with adjustments and fine-tuning. I now find them comfortable and became so used to them that I am unaware that I am using them.
