At Hearing West Texas, we provide quality service for Medicaid or Private Pay patients!

We realize our patients need assistance in obtaining hearing help with Medicaid! For the convenience of the nursing home staff and the patient, Hearing West Texas provides:

• On-Site hearing testing for residents of nursing homes - We come to you!
• Necessary forms and assistance with the paperwork provided!
• Complete hearing evaluations for Medicaid patients who qualify!
• Insurance filing for services and hearing aids!
• Cerumen (Ear Wax) Management provided, if necessary, during testing phase.
• On-Site hearing aid delivery to patient, in person, including all follow-up verification testing for Medicaid!
• Ongoing patient support - No charge follow-up service to each patient, as needed!
• Available to answer questions or provide help, as needed, for patients, families, and nursing home staff!
• All services are provided at NO COST to qualified Medicaid patients!
• In-service training available for nursing home staff.

For "private pay" patients or those who have personal insurance, we gladly provide the same services!
